The Mori-Motet

During the 25th century humans had managed to destroy the earth.While planning an Exodus to Alpha Centari – a group of scientists sent to a Safe Zone were experimenting on a hybridized species of Hymenoptera trying to correct a genetic defect in humans. After connecting a chain of defective DNA onto a seed pod called a Mori Motet – Brandon Johnson buried the pods hoping to retrieve them at some later date in time. Before the cities and safe-zones were sterilized to remove all biological contaminants– a renegade group of Homesteaders escaped into the mountains. This is a story of their survival and the first book of the Mori-Motet saga.
